Change Your Program Option

If you are already enrolled in the program, you may use the form below to:

◉ Change back to PowerUp Standard (this is the default program offering) – 9.509 ¢/kWh

◉ Opt up to PowerUp Green – 12.281 ¢/kWh

Or you may contact customer support at (774) 413-5334 to change your option over the phone or via email at [email protected].

Please note: It may take up to two billing cycles for the change to appear on your bill, as changes can only be made at the start of a billing cycle.

Be sure to use the name on the account and the account service address when completing the form.
If the account is under the name of the business, please use the First Name and Last Name fields to enter the business name as it appears on your bill.

  • Enter numbers with no spaces, dashes, or other characters. If you are a National Grid customer your electricity account number number has 10 digits.
  • Your name key is listed on your National Grid bill, but it is not labelled. To find it, 1) look in the blue left column of your bill, 2) locate the Enrollment Information section, and 3) find the word "Cycle." Your name key is listed after your cycle number in capital letters. Your name key is typically the first 4 letters of the last name on a residential account, or the first 4 letters of a commercial account name.
